  Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your product. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-built or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

• Return Process
  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at progressivetechpartners@gmail.com with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will determine whether the return is eligible based on the condition of the product and supplier policies.

• Supplier Approval
  Returns are ultimately determined by our suppliers. We will forward your return request to the supplier for evaluation. The supplier will review the reason for the return and make the final decision. If the supplier approves the return, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

• Return Denial
  If the supplier rejects the return, Progressive Tech Partners is not responsible or liable for any refunds or returns. The decision of the supplier is final, and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

• Refunds
  If your return is approved by the supplier, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

• Defective or Damaged Products
  If the product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if the defect is confirmed.
